Powerful Tools for Caregivers

Are you an unpaid family caregiver? Join facilitators from Washington County Disability, Aging & Veteran Services for this 6-class series designed to help family caregivers take care of themselves while caring for a relative or friend with a chronic illness. Participants will learn how to reduce stress and improve confidence, communicate more effectively, and connect with resources.
