New Strategic Plan in Process
Beginning in the fall of 2025, Beaverton City Library is working with Coraggio Group to create a new strategic plan.
The process has three phases:
- Get Clear is the insights phase
- The Library Services Survey was open from November through December. Four community focus groups and one staff focus group took place in December and January. Stakeholder interviews will be held from November through January.
- Get Focused is the planning phase
- A new mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities and goals will be created from January through March.
- Get Moving is the activation phase
- Deliverables and a communication plan will be created in April and May.
