Child Care Resource and Referral for Washington County
Community Action’s Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) of Washington County helps parents and families to find child care referrals and resources. CCR&R supports providers with technical assistance, onsite literacy training, and business development; and provides Oregon employers with resource and program development expertise, so they can help their employees with child care and other family needs.
View and Reflect
View and Reflect is an approach that enables child care providers to receive additional training by viewing videos or DVDs and completing reflection and activity worksheets that are relevant to the information shared on the video or DVD. You can find the View and Reflect videos or DVDs at your Washington County libraries. Work sheets may be printed out by visiting the Child Care Resource & Referral Providers page. One training hour certification will be given for each training video or DVD with its required assignments. View and Reflect is approved by the Oregon Child Care Division. This video/DVD-training program is a collaboration between Child Care Resource & Referral of Washington County and the Washington County Cooperative Library Services.
